We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to sell you a file and let you download it again later.

Information We Collect

When you create an account we store your username, your email address, and your password — the password only ever as a one-way bcrypt hash, never as text we or anyone else could read. When you buy something we also store your name, your order, and the licence you accepted.

Payment Details

Payments are handled entirely by our payment gateway. Your card details are never sent to, or stored on, our servers.

Download Records

We record when a purchased file is downloaded, along with the IP address it was downloaded from. This protects artists against redistribution and helps us support you if a download fails.

Your Choices

You can change your username, email address and password at any time from your account settings. Contact us if you would like your account removed.
